Maths & Physics Tutor for all ages.

This will be my 13th year tutoring for Maths & Physics.

And although I primarily tutor for students studying for SQA exams, I have covered other courses (primary school, high school, university & employer aptitude tests)

For Maths I cover all levels including National 5, CFE Higher, and CFE Advanced Higher

For Physics I cover all levels up to and including CFE Higher. (i.e. National 5 & CFE Higher)

If you/your child is prepared to work and wants to improve then I believe I can help them to get the grade they want.

Typically a lesson is 1 hour each week and afterwards I will set homework which has to be done for the following wk

I understand that there will be weeks where folios/assignments have to be in, and therefore the homework I set may not get done. But within reason this homework should be done every week.

Otherwise, I know from experience, the amount of improvement a student will experience is unlikely to be as much as it could/should be.

Usually people start on a trial basis. i.e. we give it a go for a couple of weeks.

And if during this time you feel that I am helping and would like to do lessons on a more regular basis then we can talk about that.

Also, if you would like to do more than one lesson a week, or lessons once every fortnight this is no problem, just let me know.

I am based in Dunblane, but can travel to Stirling area.

And I can either come to your house for the lesson, or we can do a lesson via Skype.

The cost for a lesson is £20 in Dunblane or Skype, and £25 for Stirling area.

If you are interested in doing some lessons, would like to arrange a trial, or ask any other questions.

You can email me via this advert, or get in touch direct via my mob - 07889 886 536 (My name is Stephen)

One last thing.

I have a policy that I charge for the lesson if I get a cancellation on the day of the lesson.

I understand that illness, accidents etc can occur, but if possible I would ask that you give me at least 24hrs notice if you want to cancel/rearrange. (i.e let me know the night before at the latest)
