We require a suitable candidate yo join us at our office within Qeenslie Ind. Estate, we are a small-medium sized Wall and Floor Tiling Contractor with three people within our office; the company is run by two Directors with over 30 years of experience within the Construction Industry and we employ approx. 10-15 tilers who work on our current projects.

The candidate we are looking for is someone who is friendly, well organised and work proud with the ability to work independently or as directed.

Roles & Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting all visitors to our office
Answering incoming telephone calls, recording on daily call log submitting daily to Contracts Managers
Managing (typing/sending) of all office correspondence i.e. emails, letters, quotations invoices etc. All information as provided by finance director
Requesting quotations from tile suppliers
Chasing previously submitted quotations for feed-back, keeping log up to date with feedback received
Assisting contracts director and finance director with secretarial office tasks as required
Arithmetic checks n Bill of Quantities, grammar and spelling checks on all correspondence

Requirements:
Previous experience within a Construction Office would be desirable but not essential

Qualifications (subject to review dependent on experience): Stardard Grade English and Mathematics as Credit/Grade 1
